Cancellations & Refund
For subscription-based plans, a full refund will be issued if Meta Webtech Solution has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 30 days of the subscription. If there are one or more resolved issues, then no refund shall be made by Meta Webtech Solution.
Notwithstanding this, Meta Webtech Solution may, at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, agree to a refund of the plan fees after deducting applicable charges for services already rendered.
The refund amount will be directly credited to the credit card registered with Meta Webtech Solution. The refund process typically takes 5–7 business days after approval. However, it may take up to 14 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
You will be eligible for a refund under the subscription-based plan if any of the following conditions are met:
You had all the prerequisites required to resolve the problem, but the issue remained unresolved while the account was active.
The issue was determined to be out of scope.
30 days have not passed since the issue was last worked upon by Meta Webtech Solution.
